David Etheriedge:
Founder
and CEO of LKEI. Mr Etheriedge is also the president
of Etheriedge & Associates, PC, a boutique
law firm, concentrating in wealth transfer and
estate planning, trust and estate administration,
charitable planning, business, tax and related
matters. Previously, he practiced with Bovis,
Kyle & Burch, LLC, a highly regarded mid-sized
law firm in Atlanta. Mr Etheriedge is a member
of the North Georgia Estate Planning Institute,
The Estate Planning section of the Atlanta Bar
Association, the Fiduciary Section of the State
Bar of Georgia, the Forsyth County Bar Association,
the Lawyers Club of Atlanta. He is a graduate
of Tulane University and the Emory University
School of Law. |

A Merritt:
CFO of LKEI. Mr Merritt is also an associate
with Barnes Broyles & Associates, a prominent
Atlanta Accounting firm, representing individuals,
partnerships, corporations and Tax-Exempt Organizations.
He is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University
and an accounting Alumnus of Geargia State University.
Mr. Merritt is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia
Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
